How to access Consumer Insights

Consumer Insights is an add-on tool that can be purchased in addition to your existing Statista license. If you’re interested in Consumer Insights, get in touch with us.

There are a couple of ways you can access Consumer Insights in Statista:

Option 1: Navigation bar or direct link

From the navigation bar, you can get direct access to the Consumer Insights homepage.

Option 2: Search page

From the Search page, turn on the content type search filter for Consumer Insights. The search will then automatically display all matching Consumer Insights surveys as search results.

Option 3: Via Research AI (beta)

Consumer Insights data is now surfacing directly in Research AI results, giving you another way to discover relevant surveys alongside other Statista content.

Once you're on the Consumer Insights landing page, you can:

• Use the search bar to find a specific topic or brand across all survey modules
• Click directly into a survey module to start building your analysis
• Browse pre-built brand profiles in the Easy Access section below
